2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025 registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 115(2) BNS and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegedly, while the informant was cleaning his house, the accused persons came there and tried to drive away saying that they will take possession of the house. On protest, the accused persons started assaulting him and firing was also made in the occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in

The petitioner has been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. He has submitted that a number of co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail on similar footing.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class/concerned court, Patna City in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
