In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No.23 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made the victim girl had gone to school and whereafter she did not return. The girl has been traced and she made her statement under section 164 Cr.PC before the Magistrate that forcefully she was taken to Haridwar and the petitioner established the physical relationship with her. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
