The petitioner is the driver of a Tempo, a public carrier. During course of plying one lady, Savita Devi was found carrying 25 litres of country made wine and another passenger Dashrath Rishi also carrying 25 litres. Apart from this, 141⁄2 litres of country made wine was also found having in the aforesaid tempo. The petitioner is under custody since 28.10.2019 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition.

Consequent thereupon, the petitioner, Rajesh Ram, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II cum
