Earlier this petitioner has approached this court in Cr. Misc. No. 19731 of 2018. The application for bail was rejected. However, direction was issued to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months, if the same is not concluded within the time frame, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. After the order dated 5.4.2018, the period of six months has expired but the trial has not been concluded. Considering the observation made by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 19731 of 2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Chapra, in connection with Chapra (M) P.S. Case No. 374 of 2017.
