JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 243 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R. while the informant was coming by motorcycle carrying Rs.3,40,000/-, some miscreants on the point of pistol has snatched away the cash and while fleeing away, one was arrested, who is the petitioner in this case. There is recovery of one mobile phone also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion, having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 19.09.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80788 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
