2. The petitioner by way of this writ petition prays as under:- "1. That the petitioner crave indulgence of the Hon'ble Court for issuance of direction orders or writ in nature of:- (I) A certiorari quashing the order dated 01.09.2018 issued by the Joint Secretary cum Examination Controller Bihar Public Service Commission Patna in Adv.

No. 58/2014 the interview is held on the post of Assistant Professor in Sociology from 11.09.2018 to 15.09.2018.

Patna High Court CWJC No.323 of 2019(3) dt.31-01-2023 2/2 (ii) A mandamus direction to respondent authorities to prepared fresh list for the interview for the post of Assistant Professor in Sociology subject in Bihar Public Service Commission Patna.

(iii) For issuance of any other writ, writs, order, orders, to which the petitioner may be found entitled too."

3. Learned counsel appearing for the Commission submits that the Interviews were held in 2018. Final result has also been declared. Appointments have already been made and no one from the selected list has been impleaded as a party to this writ petition. Therefore, he submits that the prayer made by the petitioner has become infructuous by efflux of time.
