JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2024 A report dated 21.03.2024 has been received from the learned trial court wherein, it has been submitted that all five prosecution witnesses have been examined and the matter was fixed for recording of statement of accused person under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. on 21.03.2024. The learned trial court has further submitted that the matter was likely to be disposed of within a month, if accused cooperates in the proceedings.

02. Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned trial court be directed to abide by its undertaking before this Court and dispose of the matter within a month. With such direction, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
