2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner misbehaved with the informant and when the informant protested, she was abused. It is further alleged that when the Gotani of the informant came to protest, she was also abused by the petitioner. It is further alleged that this petitioner also tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are next-door neighbour and due to dispute over path way, the present case has been lodged. It is further submitted that earlier also the informant had lodged Patory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12325 of 2024(3) dt.08-07-2024 2/2 (Mohanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.229 of 2023 in which he is on bail.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Samastipur, in connection with Patory (Mohanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 206 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
