2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs as formulated by the petitioner-- "(A) To issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner by the College.

(B) To release the retirement benefits to him alongwith interest upto the date of payment of the same and to initiate the pension.

(C) To pay the cost of Rs.1,00,000/- as the petitioner has suffered mental agony due to the act of the Respondent Authorities.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is dispute on a fundamental question of fact with regard to handing over of charge by the petitioner and such question needs to be resolved before the present grievances of the petitioner can be redressed. As such, he requests that directions be issued for a committee to be constituted by the respondent college for the purpose before which the petitioner may represent his case.

4. Learned counsel for the University informs that a committee for this purpose has already been constituted, but however the petitioner has not appeared before it.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner responds by stating that no notice for appearance was received by the petitioner.

6. Having regard to the nature of the grievance raised by the petitioner as well as the stand of the College (respondent no.3), the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to appear before the Committee said to have been constituted by respondent no. 3 on a mutually consented date on 15.07.2021, for resolving the dispute with regard to handing over of charge by the petitioner.
