2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 201/24 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 310(4)/310(5)/317(5) of the BNS and Section 25(1b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner had assembled for committing dacoity. He claims to have clean antecedent. The petitioner is in jail since 27.08.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur / concerned court in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 201/2024.

5. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the CJM will verify the antecedent of the petitioner and will accept the bail bond if he has clean antecedent. In case, some cases are found against him, his bail bonds shall not be accepted. During the pendency of this case, the petitioner will mark his attendance in Kajra police station on the 1st Sunday of the month. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
