The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 222 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having assaulted the informant and his family members resulting in the informant receiving some injuries. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that on account of land dispute, the altercation had taken place in between the accused persons and the prosecution party and

It is further submitted that the petitioners are having clean antecedents. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 222 of 2016 subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
