No.20520 of 2010, the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has already passed reasoned orders dated 11.10.2018 and 05.11.2018, thus the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge
