2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted rod blow which hit the left hand of the informant and he suffered fractured injuries.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned Counsel has submitted that all injuries

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2465 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 except injury no. 4 are simple in nature. Injury No. 4 though technically grievous but it is not on the vital part rather it is on the little finger of the injured.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and period of incarceration, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-I, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
