JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 This application has been filed for modification of order, dated 18.09.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58954 of 2019 whereby the petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C 688 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj. It is submitted that the petitioner was not informed properly, so he could not appear in time and there is prayer for extension of time for surrendering before the Court below. The time for surrendering before the Court below is extended for four weeks, from today.

The order, dated 18.09.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58954 of 2019 is modified to the extent indicated above. The modification application is disposed of, accordingly.
