The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 320 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 376/ 511, 292(A), 509 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having attempted to commit rape upon the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that love affair was going on between the petitioner and the informant since two years and since the marriage has not materialized between them, a false case has been lodged by the informant, alleging that the petitioner has attempted to commit rape upon her. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 320 of 2019.
