3. The learned counsel for the State is present.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is confined to the payment of GPF amount along with up-to-date interest.

5. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 7 and 8.

6. The learned counsel for the State referring to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.407 of 2024(3) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 averments made in the counter affidavit, submits that the admissible GPF amount has already been authorized in favour of the petitioner vide three authority letters bearing no. NW/2023/FP/110 dated 13.04.2023 amounting to Rs. 31,56,103/-; NW/2024/FP/41 dated 08.02.2024 amounting to Rs. 9,87,037/- and NW/2024/FP/51 dated 20.02.2024 amounting to Rs. 6,60,415/- along with up-to-date interest. The aforesaid authority letters have been dispatched to the concerned authority for making payment of the authorized amount. The letters have been brought on record as Annexure-R/A (series) to the counter affidavit.
