The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is no eyewitness to the commission of the offence and the name of the petitioner has been given in the first information report merely on suspicion, she is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, at Chapra in connection with Amnaur P.S.
