JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 2613 of 2014 disclosing offences under Sections 379 and 323 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. a complaint petition has been filed by the mother of one Sweta Sinha with allegation that petitioner has induced her to leave her husband and keeping her in a house and further allegation is that when the complainant got her back, she was assaulted and a golden ring and cash was snatched from her.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is dispute between one Sweta Sinha and her husband, in which, complainant induced husband, for which, Sweta Sinha

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82476 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 has lodged a petition before the learned C.J.M. Bhagalpur, which will appear from Annexure 2 and later on, said Sweta Sinha has also filed a case against her husband and as such, the present case has been lodged, as petitioner was helping Sweta Sinha.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2613 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
