====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.
2. With consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.
3. The petitioners have prayed for grant of following relief :- "(1) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to give appointment to the petitioners on the vacant seat of
Patna High Court CWJC No.20088 of 2025(2) dt.15-12-2025 2/3 Headmaster as the petitioners fulfill all the eligibility criteria for appointment and a large number of seats of Headmasters, i.e., about fifteen hundred posts are lying vacant.
(II) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or directions commanding the respondents for grant of any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioners may be deemed entitled by this Hon'ble Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the aforesaid relief claimed in the present writ application, the petitioners have already filed a representation before the Direcor, Secondary Education, Education Department, Govt. Of Bihar, Patna (respondent No.3) which has been sent to him by Speed Post on 19.09.2025 vide Annexure P/5. He further submits that this representation is still pending and hence prays that an appropriate direction be issued to Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioners within a time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners
5. To the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State does not have any objection.
6. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the respondent No.3, i.e., the Director,
Patna High Court CWJC No.20088 of 2025(2) dt.15-12-2025 3/3 Secondary Education, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to dispose of pending representation of the petitioners which was sent to him by speed post on 19.09.2025 vide Annexure-5 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
7. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the respondent No.3 should be a reasoned and speaking orders. The entire exercise must be completed by respondent No.3 within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.
8. With the aforesaid observation/direction and liberty granted, the present writ application stands disposed of.
9. All pending I.A.s, if any, is deemed to have been disposed of.
