1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case no.271 of 2024 registered under sections 302, 307 and 394 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant who works in the customer service centre states that three accused persons armed with pistol committed loot. They also resorted to firing resulting in firearm injury to the informant. It is stated that they looted Rs.1,50,000/ and the incidence has been recorded in the C.C.T.V. footage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was registered against unknown. The petitioner was falsely

No incriminating article has either been recovered from the petitioner's possession nor has he been identified in the C.C.T.V. footage. The petitioner is in custody since 29.7.2024 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, the material that has transpired in course of investigation, no incriminating article having been recovered from the petitioner's possession, the petitioner not having been identified in the C.C.T.V. footage, his being in custody since 29.7.2024 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case no.271 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M, Vaishali at Hajipur.
