====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against these petitioners is of assaulting the informant and his family members as a result of which informant got injured. Allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. Doctor has found the injury caused by these petitioners to be simple in nature.

4. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above

No.5421 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P. S. Case No. 34 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
