2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 18 of 2020, a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 11.750 litres of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from behind the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner has got five criminal antecedents out of which two is of similar nature.

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner is involved in the business of illicit liquor.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact of the case and also petitioner has five criminal antecedents, this pre-arrest bail petition is dismissed.
