2. This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 05.10.2023 passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353 , 216 504 and 506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(i)(r)(s)/3(2)(v)(a) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.

3. As per the prosecution case , all the F.I.R named accused including these appellants abused the informant by

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.99 of 2024(3) dt.11-07-2024 2/2 caste name . It is further alleged that they also obstructed the police officials from discharging their duties.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and other circumstances of the case , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
