2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 218 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 302, 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he alleged to have killed his wife.

4. The marriage of the petitioner was solemnized in the year 2022 and the wife of the petitioner died in the same year.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 25.9.2022.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
