JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by a judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court rendered in the case of Mukesh Kumar & Anr. vs. The State of Bihar & Others, reported in 2017 (5) SCC 383, hence, the respondent no.5 be directed to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the said judgment and take a decision within specified time frame. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.5 by filing a representation, annexing the aforesaid judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court rendered in the case of Mukesh Kumar

Patna High Court CWJC No.22717 of 2018(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 (supra), within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks thereafter by the respondent no.5.
