2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram ( Muf) P.S.Case No. 545 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-B) a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he and 6-7 persons were assembled to commit crime and one country made pistol and a live cartridge were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3566 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in Sasaram (Muf) P.S.Case No 545 of 2023.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Karamchat Police Station on first Sunday of every month. If he fails to do so, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be cancelled. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
