The allegation goes against unknown to have siphoned Rs.1,00,000/- from the account of the informant through electronic methodology.

From perusal of paragraph 42 of the case diary, it transpires that the amount had already been deposited but scattered with clumsiness leading to asking for specific report from the I.O. and the same is available, wherefrom it is evident that the amount has already been deposited by the petitioner in whose account the money was credited mistakenly and the informant Putul Devi has already communicated to the I.O. That being so, petitioner, Rajni Kant Bharti in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

No.79724 of 2019(6) dt.20-07-2020 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui Police Station Case No.466 of 2018 in terms of the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
