Petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to consider his case for transfer and posting in Patna City considering his hardship. The petitioner has mentioned about the personal difficulty and hardship in various paragraphs of the writ application including the problem of brother of petitioner and also the old age of his mother, which necessitated the petitioner to file representation before the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar for consideration of his case sympathetically for request posting against vacant post in

Patna High Court CWJC No.22622 of 2018(2) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 Patna City.

Considering the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents Director, Secondary Education, Bihar to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the representation of the petitioner, as he is facing human problem. Necessary decision in the representation of petitioner as to his posting in Patna District against vacant post may be taken within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
