The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahkar (Sarbahda) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner is that he along with co-accused intercepted the informant's motorcycle and started abusing and assaulting. When the informant's family members came to save him, the

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged against him and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation of assaulting against the petitioner. There is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is next submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 26-07-2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55177 of 2024.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 6.
Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mahkar
