2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner assaulted father of the informant as a result of which he sustained head injury .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties and gotias due to previous enmity , the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case . F.I.R., has been lodged after the delay of 11 days for which there is no plausible explanation . He further submits that doctor who examined the father of informant has clearly stated that there was no external

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted father of the informant due to which father of informant sustained haemotama along right cerebral hemisphere , marginally displaced fracture of right nasal bone which is grievous in nature .

6. Considering the nature of injury and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
