2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought, inter alia, following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "i. To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus Commanding and directing the respondent authorities to include the left out land i.c. Khata No. 95. Kheshra No. 473, Thana No. 46. Area 3.78 Decimal, Mauza Babariya, Circle Paharpur, East Champaran in the Jamabandi No. 8, which runs on the name of late Ram Narayan Prasad (Uncle of the petitioner).

To issue a show cause cum explanation from respondent authorities why the left out petitioner's family land i.e. Khata No. 95, Kheshra No. 473, Thana No. 46, Area 3.78 Decimal, Mauza Babariya, Circle Paharpur, East Champaran in the Jamabandi No. 8 runs on the name of late Ram Narayan Prasad.

iii. Any other relief or reliefs."

Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that he has received instruction from the Circle Officer, Paharpur Circle, East Champaran that Jamabandi No.8 has been computerized bearing Computerized Jamabandi No.213104400101264 in favour of late Ram Narayan Prasad (uncle of the petitioner). He further submits that now the petitioner is ready to apply for rectification, if any correction is required in the description of the land in accordance with law.
