JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 256/18, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be husband of daughter of informant and allegation against him and others is of causing the death of daughter of informant for non fulfilment of demand of dowry.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the F.I.R. itself shows that at the time of occurrence, the petitioner was at Delhi and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State as well as informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80149 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 ground that allegation of demand of dowry was made by the petitioner and just after that his daughter was killed. Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
