The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No.104 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Atul Kumar Singh is the assailant of the victim. The petitioner is a member of the unlawful assembly. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2023 having clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also his period of custody, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4943 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra, in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S.
