2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 384 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 366 (A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim girl.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and in support of his submissions he has taken this Court to the statement of the victim girl. The petitioner is in custody since 7.8.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2063 of 2025(3) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 384 of 2020.
