The petitioner is accused in connection with Excise Case No. 362 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of one gallon containing 10 litres country made liquor from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86127 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-CumSpecial Judge (Excise), Samastipur, in connection with Excise Case No. 362 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
