2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jadopur (Yadopur) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2024, a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 45 litres of illicit country made liquor has been recovered from a bush.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Alleged recovery is made from the open place which is accessible to anyone. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2711 of 2025(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner is involved in the business of illicit liquor.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact of the case and also petitioner has two criminal antecedents of similar nature, this pre-arrest bail petition is dismissed.
