The petitioner seeks direction to the Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara to issue original degree certificate of L.L.B. to the petitioner who has passed final L.L.B. Examination in the year 2014 from Maharaja Law College, Ara, which is affiliated unit of Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner passed the final L.L.B. Examination in the year 2014 and provisional certificate has been issued but original certificate of L.L.B. has not yet been issued. The petitioner filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.24616 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 petition to the Registrar of Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara on 19.10.2019 but till date no information was given to the petitioner.

Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents no.3 and 4, the Vice-Chancellor and the Registrar of Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara to issue original certificate of L.L.B. to the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
