In this case, the petitioner submits that his case is squarely covered by the judgment and order passed in C.W.J.C. No.14609 of 2010, Bijay Kumar Sinha vs. the State of Bihar and others.

The concerned authority will examine the case of petitioner and if it is found that the present case and the case aforesaid is identical in fact, law and relief, the petitioner would be granted the same relief as has been given to Bijay Kumar
