The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 149C/2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the petitioners, who are brothers of the complainant Mira Devi, along with other three brothers, received the entire amount of compensation of land acquisition. The land was originally belonging to the father of the complainant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81239 of 2019(5) dt.18-01-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that it is a case of civil dispute and ultimately remedy lies in Civil Court. The complainant wants to settle the civil matter through criminal dispute.

The notices have been sent so many times, but it could not be served on the complainant, as she was not found on her place of residence.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 149C/2018, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
