JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2024 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is not pressing his prayer to set aside the impugned order dated 11.05.2023 passed by the learned Sub Judge-IX, Patna Sadar, Patna in Title Partition suit No. 456 of 1986 and confines his prayer to early disposal of Title Partition suit No. 456 of 1986 since the suit has been pending for almost 40 years.

2. Having regard to the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned trail court is directed to take up the matter on urgent basis considering its antiquity and try to dispose of the same preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the instant civil miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
