This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Pupari P.S. Case No. 458 of 2018, disclosing offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R., on the order of co-accused, petitioner no.1 assaulted by knife and petitioner no.2 by lathi and danda to the informant, causing injury.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the dispute is with respect to management of the Temple, as the informant side forcibly claiming the management over the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83120 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 temple, for which, they have falsely been implicated in this case. The injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from the impugned order itself.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pupari, Sitamarhi, in connection with Pupari P.S. Case No. 458 of 2018.
