2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 422 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown persons stopped the bike of the informant and on the point of pistol snatched his bag containing the collection money of Rs. 80,620 and other materials.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sandeep Kumar. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner was not put up on T.I.P. He also submits that the petitioner has been implicated in other four criminal cases. He further submits that the charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner and he is in jail custody since 24.08.2023.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 422 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors shall be own/close member of the family of the petitioner.
(ii) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be
