The petitioners applied for appointment on the post of Data Entry Operator in a scheme known as Akshar Anchal Yojna in pursuance of the direction as contained in Annexure-1. Both the petitioners having experience of working as Data Entry Operator applied for appointment but till date, no order has been passed by the Committee constituted under the Chairmanship of District Education Officer in the district of Buxar and

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a direction may be issued for consideration of the applications of the petitioners within stipulated time as the petitioners submitted their application on 15.07.2019 and 22.05.2019 respectively. Having considered the submission, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the District Education Officer, Buxar and the District Education Officer, Madhubani to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment on the post of Data Entry Operator and pass order in accordance with law within one month from the date of receipt of this order.
