2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment ) Act 2022 .

3 . As per prosecution case , 765.0 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the spot.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner has got 3 criminal antecedents out of which 2 are of similar nature .

6. Considering the fact that petitioner has got 3 criminal antecedents out of which 2 are of similar nature , prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
