2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 23.07.2025, coaccused Ravi Kumar, Ankit Kumar and Jugesh Singh fired upon the nephew of informant as a result of which, he died on the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of firing and causing death of informant's nephew is against co-accused Ravi Kumar, Ankit Kumar and Jugesh Singh. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85890 of 2025(2) dt.17-12-2025 2/2 of confessional statement of co-accused Jugesh Singh. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 28.8.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail application.

6. Considering backdrop of the case and nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P. S. Case No. 370 of 2025.
