In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 141 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 363, 365, 354, 354(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

An allegation has been made against the petitioner that while the daughter of the Informant was going to Don for study, the petitioner pulled her in the vehicle forcibly and was taking away towards Khairari udho where he was caught by the local villagers and the police was informed.

The statement made by the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. supports the allegation made against the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84278 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected for the present with a liberty to renew his prayer after six months.

The court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of nine months from today.
