2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 377 of 2023 dated 21.05.2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 4004 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 341, 323, 324, 379, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners stopped the motorcycle of the informant and started abusing him. In the meantime, the petitioner No. 1 assaulted the informant with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.247 of 2024(2) dt.01-02-2024 2/3 hasuwa, causing cut injury on his left hand. Thereafter, all the petitioners assaulted him with iron rod and the petitioner No. 2 snatched golden chain from his neck worth Rs. 50,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case on account of village dispute between both the parties. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. Learned counsel has submitted that the injury report of the informant is kept reserved which is also on non-vital part of the body.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 377 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
