2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 508 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 118(1) and 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the boyfriend of his wife. The petitioner is in jail since 17.08.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of
