The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 406, 409, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, Anjum Ara who happens to be one of the beneficiaries along with others have filed a separate affidavit regarding the false implication of the petitioner in the present case, which is evident from Annexure-2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Araria in connection with Tarabari Case No. 30 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
