2. The present petition has been filed seeking early disposal of Succession Case No. 05 of 2011 pending in the court of learned Sub Judge-I, Darbhanga.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the succession case is pending since 2011 but the learned trial court is not taking proper step for deciding the same and the petitioner will be satisfied if an order of early disposal of the succession case is passed.

4. Since it is a matter of 2011 and the learned trial

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.110 of 2024(2) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 court should have shown some urgency in disposing of such cases, for that purpose the present petition could be allowed at the outset without issuing notice to the respondents.

5. Hence, the learned Sub Judge-I, Darbhanga is directed to take steps and dispose of Succession Case No. 05 of 2011 within one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
